Why Eidrix exists
I didn't build Eidrix from theory. I built it from the job.
The grind
I'm a second-generation contractor. I ran my own construction businesses and managed millions as a project manager — and the whole time, the office side ran on spreadsheets, group texts, and a handful of apps that didn't talk to each other. Quotes sat in my inbox. Follow-ups slipped. Money I'd already earned sat there uncollected because I never got around to sending the invoice.
What I tried
I tried Procore, Buildertrend, JobTread — the whole shelf. Every one made me run my business their way instead of mine. They're dashboards: somewhere to enter data and pull reports. They hold your information, but they don't do the work. For years there just wasn't a good answer.
What changed
Then AI got good enough to actually do the work, not just store it. So I set out to build my own program — one shaped around my business, not the other way around. I've been at it full-time since 2022, building it exactly the way I wanted: one place for quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and follow-up that runs how a real service business runs. That's Eidrix.
Built by someone who ran the trucks — then built the software to fix it.
